Location: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Revenue Department / BMRDA
Preferred Candidate: Local resident with in-depth knowledge of regional regulations

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Government Authorities:
• Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with BMRDA, BBMP, BDA, Revenue Department, and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensure timely approvals, NOCs, sanctions, and clearances for land and construction projects.
• Revenue & Land Documentation:
• Handle land conversion (DC conversion), Khata transfer, mutation, and RTC updates.
• Review and verify land records, ownership documents, encumbrance certificates, and title deeds.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with BMRDA norms and other statutory regulations.
• Keep updated records of all applicable laws, zoning regulations, and regional planning guidelines.
• Site Visits & Inspection Coordination:
• Coordinate with surveyors and government officials for site inspections and demarcation.
• Assist in preparing and submitting layout plans, building plans, and development proposals.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of all liaisoning activities and file submissions.
• Track status of approvals and maintain records of correspondence with departments.
• Relationship Management:
• Build rapport with local officers and maintain cordial relations to ensure smooth processing of documents.
• Resolve queries raised by authorities during the approval process.
• Legal Support:
• Coordinate with legal advisors to address land title issues or disputes.
• Assist in the due diligence process for land acquisition or development.
• Project Support:
• Support the planning and project teams with all liaison-related documentation and updates.
• Ensure timely acquisition and clearance to avoid project delays.
