The Liaison Officer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with various stakeholders, including educational institutions and students. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer service, assisting with visa applications, offering training sessions, and conducting analytical assessments to improve processes and services. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities. Analytical Skills for assessing processes and services. Customer Service mindset and proficiency in offering support. Experience in delivering Training sessions. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Familiarity with visa application processes is a plus.
