Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Liaisoning Department)

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time​

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all liaison-related matters.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders to discuss project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.​

2. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and national regulations.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and clearances from relevant authorities.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and advise the EPC team on necessary adjustments.​

3. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit applications, reports, and other documentation to government agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all liaison activities and approvals.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on the status of approvals and any potential issues.​

4. Issue Resolution:

  • Identify potential regulatory or approval-related issues and proactively address them.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any challenges promptly.​

5. Project Support:

  • Collaborate with the team to understand project timelines and requirements.
  • Ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations for external stakeholders.​

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a liaison or regulatory compliance

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.​Progressive

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in project management or regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working with government bodies such as SECI and MNRE.​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
