Testing & Dispatch: o Supervise panel testing (routine and type) as per relevant IS/IEC standards. o Coordinate final inspection, documentation, and dispatch schedules. Team Leadership: o Train and mentor shop floor supervisors and technicians. o Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability.
