Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaison Officer, located in Chennai. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between the foundation and various stakeholders, managing relationships with partners and beneficiaries, and providing customer service support. The role includes conducting training sessions, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and ensuring the successful implementation of community programs. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Excellent Customer Service and Training capabilities Proficient Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in community development or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
