Roles and Responsibilities · Responsible for coordinating with various Local Government officer to request and process needed permit and licenses of buildings; · To liaise with government agencies, evaluators, and as needed by other departments with respect to the application and processing of permits and licenses for each development project. · Prepare and coordinating with the concerned for the needed forms and attachments for filing with the concerned government agencies like GHMC, Fire, HMDA, Revenue, RERA and various other Government Offices pertaining to approvals and various permissions. · Submit required documents as per the guidelines of the various government agencies within the timelines. · Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superiors. Candidate Requirements Graduate 10-12 years’ experience in liasioning with Government Offices pertaining to Hyderabad Real Estate. The candidate should be familiar with all the activities related to building permissions/licences, NOCs related work from various departments like Environment department, GHMC, HMDA, Fire departments, and Revenue department etc. The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.

The candidate should have 5-6 years experience in drafting commercial office layouts, Space management in designing office layouts, interior layouts for offices using AutoCAD software and should have good computer skills in 2D/3D
