Liaison Architect

• Obtaining approvals: Coordinating with government departments to obtain project approvals, such as LOI, IOA, and CC
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with relevant regulations and codes, such as the National Building Code (NBC)
• Managing communication: Facilitating communication between architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Preparing documents: Preparing FSI statements, project feasibility, and draft reports
• Coordinating with consultants: Coordinating with external consultants for approvals and NOCs
• Liaising with authorities: Liaising with the Building proposals dept., MMRDA, MOEF, MHADA, CFO, and municipal approvals
• Reviewing drawings: Evaluating drawings as per regulations
• Preparing drawings: Coordinating for preparation of Municipal and Architectural Drawings
• Handling issues: Addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
• Ensuring timely completion: Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,167.35 - ₹30,000.00 per month
