Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Placement and underwriting for all lines of general insurance product Proposals for prospective as well as existing clients
  • Responsible for successfully retaining the renewals allotted .

1. Meeting the clients

2. Arranging inspection, valuations etc . for the clients as and when needed .

3. Discussions on closure front like Revaluation /Indexing for valuation purpose for renewal fig . etc.

4. Making QCR with detail comparative & betterments. Submitting quote requests to the markets and meeting clients for closure.

5. Responsible for issuing appropriate binding documents and other Service related concerns .

6. Other VAS Value added services proposed as value add on

7. Follow up for policies copies and timely delivery to insured

8. Keeping track of required endorsements, installments etc. .

9. Monthly visit the client for purpose of mining and other requirements in mid year .

10. Submits coverage specifications, obtains quotes, and is responsible for the accuracy of programs

11. Ensuring the issue of Policy documents, confirming cover is as per agreed specs, and preparing a policy summary

12. To ensure that proper filing , accounting , MIS , and vetting is in place for the proposals closed with us .

  • Scrutinizing all asset-related proposals, Auditing policies, and the preparation of Audit Reports for improvement in existing coverage.
  • Relationship Management and managing customer-centric business operations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
  • Auditing policies, the preparation of audit reports, and the insurance marketplace review of clients’ exposures and loss experiences.
  • Receives and analyzes quotes from carriers and provides analysis and recommendations to clients
  • Identifies the need for new products and suggests innovative solutions to clients
  • Maintain RFQ Tracker and get the same reviewed monthly basis .
  • Relationship with insurance company at all the levels with u/w .
