Role & responsibilities

Team & Delivery Management :

• Establish sprint cadence, delivery tracking, and retrospective improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external technology partners.
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring, skill development, and career growth planning.

Technical Leadership :

• Oversee frontend development using .NET MAUI for cross-platform (Web, Android, iOS, and Desktop) applications.
• Provide technical guidance in backend development (.NET Core, Node.js, or equivalent).
• Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, and integration with IoT device ecosystems.
• Ensure Back end API testing and build test framework for performance testing
• Foster adoption of modern UI/UX practices ensuring consistent user experiences across devices.

Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure

• Manage cloud environment setup, security compliance, and monitoring for performance and uptime.
• Promote Infrastructure-as-Code, version control, and continuous testing practices. People & Stakeholder Management
• Manage internal and partner development teams across geographies. • Foster an environment of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular project reviews, performance assessments, and mentoring sessions.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

• 12–15 years of software development experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.

• Strong background managing multi-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps). • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and software lifecycle processes. • Technical proficiency in: • Frontend -.NET MAUI (cross-platform Web, Mobile, and Desktop), XAML, MVVM, responsive UI design.

• Backend - .NET Core / C#, REST APIs, Entity Framework, or Node.js.

• Cloud - Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB).

• DevOps - Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring (App Insights, Grafana).

• Architecture - Microservices, serverless computing, event-driven design.

• Exposure to IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTPS, TCP/IP) and cloud-device integration.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Experience in IoT platforms, connected devices, or building automation ecosystems. • Familiarity with mobile app lifecycle management, app store deployment, and telemetry integration. • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across hardware, firmware, and cloud teams. • Understanding of modern UI frameworks and usability testing methodologies.
