Legal Support Team - Counsel

Role Overview: Join our dynamic and fast-paced Legal team as a Legal Support Team - Counsel. You will collaborate closely with other lawyers and business partners globally to provide legal services to various Lines of Business and Practice Group attorneys. Your primary responsibility will be delivering one or more functions, focusing on specific Practice Groups and/or regions. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate documents with clients, such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), non-reliance letters (NRLs), and confidentiality joinder agreements. - Conduct legal research and analyze laws and requirements. - Participate in special projects as required. Qualifications Required: - Must have a law degree from a premier law school and be a member of a jurisdictional organization. - Attorney candidates must meet all relevant licensing requirements, including those of the jurisdiction where the role will be located, before starting employment. - Minimum of 3 years of PQE of corporate law experience in a major law firm and/or financial institution. - Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, are essential. - Strong organizational skills are a must for this role.,
