About the Role

This role requires deep reading of statutes, legal cases, and arguments. You will evaluate legal reasoning, annotate logical chains, and verify citations for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review case law reasoning, legal arguments, and statutory applications
• Evaluate logical structure, precedent relevance, and interpretation accuracy
• Verify citations against original sources
• Identify invalid assumptions, reasoning gaps, or misapplied precedents
• Annotate reasoning chains for clarity and correctness.
• Ensure high-quality legal annotation aligned with jurisdictional standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Law degree or paralegal-level legal research experience
• Strong grasp of statutory interpretation and case reasoning
• Ability to analyze legal arguments objectively
• Excellent citation auditing and document-review skills
