Legal Operations Executive Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and case files 2. Track deadlines for contract renewals, litigation dates, and compliance filings 3. Coordinate with internal legal teams, finance, compliance, and external law firms 4. Prepare and update legal MIS reports and trackers 5. Assist in reviewing and processing vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUs 6. Support in corporate filings, regulatory submissions (ROC, SEBI, etc.) 7. Help streamline workflows and ensure legal process compliance 8.
