Assist in sending offer letters, collecting documents, or conducting induction sessions (if part of intern duties) 6. Compile data on interview progress, sourcing metrics, or hiring timelines 7. Help analyse basic recruitment trends or challenges 8. Coordinate logistics for recruitment drives or career fairs 9.
