Job Description

A Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and conducting due diligence for business transactions. The position will also be majorly responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, manage legal disputes, and assist with risk management and corporate governance. Additionally, maintain legal documentation and support the organizations legal needs. Role & responsibilities Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements and deeds. Submission of report to VP - regarding initial Due diligence carried out. Online obtention of EC and checking of details to particular Survey Number Online Obtention of Revenue Records pertaining to all survey no's of the allotted land parcel Visit to Court - Attending of hearing Drafting & reviewing of Legal Notices Coordination with inter department and collection details for Legal Notice Coordinate with Bank Panel Advocate to get Opinion Clarification of queries Original Verification Submission of requisite documents to Advocate New Land Parcels document filing & updated record keeping Preferred candidate profile Minimum Two years associate degree in real estate, property management or equivalent education Bachelors degree in law or equivalent education. Male Candidates preferred. Extensive knowledge in real estate documents, contracts, applications and submissions. Knowledge in Certifications and licenses. Should be Bar Council Member. Real Estate experience is an advantage. Excellent skills in liaising.
