Education : LLB.
Position : Legal Officer. Experience: minimum 2 years in NBFC/BANK

Required knowledge & process of Section 138 of Negotiable instrument act and also section 25 of Payment and settlement Act.
Required knowledge & process of Arbitration & conciliation act and then filing of Execution Petition in various court.
Execution of summons, bailable warrant & non bailable warrant through police station.
