Role & responsibilities A. Immovable Property related for secured loan offerings 1. Scrutinizing immovable property documents received for initiation of legal and valuation purposes for 5 states as of now (MP, GJ, RJ, KA & OD) 2. Training a team and off-loading the knowledge of handling the task enumerated at no. 1 by documenting all the possible scenarios in various states 3. Evaluating the legal opinions received from the vendors for creation of security in favour of Navadhan 4. Vetting of original property documents received 5. Co-ordinating with legal vendors for their opinion reports 6. Vetting and correction of clauses in the secured loan agreements B. Collections related tasks 1. Sending Sec25/ Sec 138 notices to default customers 2. Filing of cases u/s 25 or u/s 138 for bounce cases and follow up on that 3. Initiating conciliation/ mediation/ arbitration in default cases 4. Various other aspects in legal recovery matters 5. For default cases where immovable property is available, initiate steps under SARFAESI for recovery of dues C. Drafting responses for labour law related complaints Preferred candidate profile Preference given LAW candidate, MBA is an added advantage.
