Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end legal support for leasing transactions across multiple projects pan-India
• Draft and vet leasing-related legal agreements and documents
• Ensure legal accuracy and completeness in all lease documentation
• Liaise with internal leasing teams, external clients, and law firms for smooth transaction execution
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and legal protocols
• Support the AVP – Legal in closing commercial leasing transactions
• Maintain and organize all leasing-related legal records and documentation

Preferred Industry Background:

• Real Estate (Commercial/Retail), Law Firms, or IPC (International Property Consultants)
• Prior experience in lease documentation and commercial leasing transactions
• Familiarity with stamp duty and registration procedures
• Exposure to leasing for commercial spaces, retail outlets, and shopping malls is highly desirable

Qualifications:

• Education

  al: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws)

• Profession

  al: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India or willing to apply immediately upon offer acceptance

• Technic

  al: Proficient in MS Office
