Legal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with 10-12 years of expertise in handling legal matters related to real estate, with a strong focus on litigation. The ideal candidate must be based in Pune and have extensive knowledge of property laws, contracts, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation related to real estate disputes, property ownership, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
• Represent the company in court cases, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal opinions on land acquisition, property due diligence, and title verification.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for compliance-related matters.
• Stay updated with the latest amendments in real estate laws and regulations.
• Ensure risk mitigation by advising on legal strategies for ongoing and future projects.

Key Requirements:

• LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university.
• 10-12 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong background in litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of RERA, Maharashtra Land Laws, Transfer of Property Act, and Contract Law.
• Proven track record of handling real estate disputes, civil suits, and regulatory matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Must be Pune-based and familiar with local legal frameworks and courts.Role & responsibilities
