Job Title: Legal Manager – Corporate Litigation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Manager – Corporate Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling corporate legal disputes, court and arbitration proceedings, and offering strategic legal counsel. This position requires strong litigation expertise, sharp analytical thinking, and an in-depth understanding of corporate and commercial law.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of corporate litigation including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, trials, and appeals.
Represent the company in civil, commercial, and regulatory proceedings.
Liaise with external counsel to define litigation strategies and manage ongoing cases.
Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, replies, motions, and settlement agreements.
Identify legal risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Advise internal departments on legal matters and dispute resolutions.
Stay abreast of legal developments, industry regulations, and relevant court decisions.
Prepare concise legal reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory; LL.M. preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a corporate legal environment.
Sound knowledge of civil, corporate, and commercial law.
Strong skills in legal drafting, communication, and negotiation.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
