Assist with drafting, reviewing, and vetting of various contractual documents including MSA,
Partnership Agreement, Lease Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Non-Disclosure
Agreement, and MOU, etc.
- End-to-end contract life cycle management
necessary changes in the agreement.
Assisting in liaising with, ROC, and other regulatory bodies for respective compliances and
registrations, etc.
Preparation of Checklists for compliance of various laws and other timelines for ensuring proper
Assisting in drafting and maintaining various polices of the Company.
Review and assist in the Negotiation of various agreements with counterparty.
Support the legal team in other contract related matters as needed from time to time.
