Scrutiny and approval TSR/ Legal Report Provide advice / suggestions to the business on acceptance of the TSR/ creation of mortgage.Compliance of registration and stamping requirement on each of the deviations as per the policy.Highlight the risk while accepting the collateral / security and creation of mortgage.Drafting NOC, MOU etc - all the business related communication.Driving Central legal team business.
