Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: LL.B. and AIBE qualified.
- Experience: 0–3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Freshers with relevant interest are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Interest in taxation, corporate, and constitutional law.
- Ability to work in a team and handle diverse legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in litigation and advisory matters related to taxation, FEMA, and allied laws.
- Draft pleadings, research notes, and legal opinions.
- Attend hearings and assist senior advocates in case preparation.
- Support client communication and document management.
