KS&K is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their Disputes Team in their Hyderabad office. This is an
on-site role
requiring mandatory experience in local corporate and commercial litigation practice and proficiency in the Telugu language.

- Position: Associate / Senior Associate — Disputes Team
- Experience Required (PQE): 3–5 years
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Practice Areas
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation
- Arbitration and Mediation (Implied)
- Representation before the Telangana High Court, NCLT, and Arbitral Tribunals (Implied)
Mandatory Eligibility & Requirements
- PQE: 3–5 years.
- Prior experience in corporate & commercial litigation in Hyderabad is MANDATORY.
- Working proficiency in Telugu is required.
- Strong drafting, advocacy support, research, and client-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling corporate and commercial litigation matters.
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, interlocutory applications, and other court documents.
- Assisting in court appearances, hearings, and case strategy.
- Conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and supporting senior counsel.
- Coordinating with clients and external counsel as needed.
