Legal Internship

Internship Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate law, contract management, and compliance, with an opportunity to contribute to real-time legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings on relevant regulations, case laws, and statutory updates.
• Support in compliance audits, filings, and maintenance of legal documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for legal support and documentation.
• Help in managing corporate legal records and confidential documents.
• Work with the team on IP, employment, data privacy, and company law-related matters.

Requirements:

• Pursuing LL.B./B.A. LL.B. (3rd year or above) or recent law graduate.
• Good understanding of contract law, company law, and intellectual property.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship in corporate law or legal advisory firms is a plus.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
