Legal Intern

The Legal Intern position based in Noida sec 62 is an internship opportunity for a duration of 3-6 months. As a Legal Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the legal team by preparing for hearings, meetings, and presentations. Your duties will also include assisting in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and agreements. In addition, you will conduct legal research on various topics such as regulatory matters, corporate governance, and intellectual property. Organizing legal files and documentation, preparing legal reports, memos, and briefs will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school (JD or equivalent). A strong academic background and an interest in corporate/commercial law, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance are essential. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are required, along with being detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Preferred qualifications include previous internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, familiarity with legal research tools and databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis), and knowledge of legal terminology and basic contract law principles.
