Legal Internship Opportunity at Macwise Group of Companies

Macwise Group (https://macwise.co) is inviting applications for a Legal Intern in our Mumbai office. This position offers exposure to international law, cross-border transactions, and corporate advisory across our verticals in consulting, capital, retail, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

·            Draft, review, and revise agreements, including NDAs, MOUs, Shareholders’ Agreements, Vendor and Service Agreements, and Purchase/Sale Agreements.

·            Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and international law across multiple jurisdictions.

·            Assist with compliance requirements, corporate governance, and transaction structuring.

·            Support in preparing and maintaining legal documentation, records, and execution processes.

·            Coordinate with different business verticals (Advisors, Capital, Retail, Wellness) on legal matters and contracts.

·            Contribute to due diligence exercises, policy drafting, and risk assessments where required.

Candidate Profile:

·            Current law student or recent graduate with a Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain practical exposure to real-world legal work.
