Role Description

This is a legal intern role at Lex Protector in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). The Legal Intern will assist associates in legal consulting, document preparation, communication, international IP prosecution, Patent research and handling various legal issues related to both international as well as national Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Commercial laws related to Intellectual Property Rights. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based work in Ahmedabad with WFH mode.

Qualifications

• Strong Basic Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights
• Good Research Skills
• Experience in Legal Document Comprehension
• Strong Communication skills and command over English language
• Knowledge of allied Laws
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree

This is a paid internship with stipend. The amount of Stipend varies, depending on factors like overall performance of the intern and feedback from the associates upon completion of internship.

Proposed Dates of Joining and Relieving

Slot 1: November 10, 2025 to December 24, 2025

Slot 2: January 16, 2026 to February 28, 2026

The Process Involves:

1. Shortlisting of candidates based on CV
2. Interview with the shortlisted candidate
3. Signing of an Undertaking and Non Disclosure agreement
4. Actual Joining in the office
