Job Summary:
MK Group is hiring an experienced Legal & Finance Executive with a strong background in Import/Export documentation, Trade Finance, and Indian legal compliance. The role involves working with Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG/PG), banking operations, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance under Indian law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage documentation for LC, BG, and PG
• Oversee import/export transactions and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs
• Handle bank reconciliations and foreign exchange transactions
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, GST, TDS, and Companies Act
• Assist in drafting/reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and coordinate vendor payments

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10–15 years in trade finance, accounting, and legal compliance
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools
• Strong understanding of Indian tax and legal frameworks
• Preferred Educational Background:
• B. Com + LLB, BBA + LLB, M. Com with legal knowledge, or CA-Inter
• Strong communication and documentation skills
