Job Title: Legal RERA Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all RERA-related matters, including registration, updates, and compliance.
Manage annual compliances and ensure timely submissions.
Prepare and file quarterly progress reports with accuracy.
Provide extensive knowledge and guidance on the RERA Act and its implications for the company.
Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations.
Requirements:
LLB degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate / RERA compliance.
Strong understanding of the RERA Act, 2016 and related regulations.
Excellent skills in drafting, vetting, and legal compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
