Job Description

Drafting and vetting of Customer Agreements like Construction Agreement, Agreement to Sell and Sale Deed purporting to convey Undivided Share of Land to the customers and other necessary legal documents like Affidavit, Memorandum of Understanding etc. Coordinating with the officials of banks and financial institutions which have approved Company’s project at Chennai and taking care of their legal requirements like providing with necessary legal documents, clearing their legal doubts regarding the Project etc Proficiency in Law and Civil Law Skills in Legal Document Preparation Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication Skills Bachelor's degree in Law or related field Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment Experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus Preparation of Business and Legal Agreements for clients Basic knowledge in Intellectual Property Rights Periodical updation of Agreements for clients.
