Our clients are reputed Public Sector Undertakings like GAIL, OIL, IOCL, IGL etc. For our contract management, legal issues & preparation of arbitration currently have openings for the positions of “Legal Assistant/ Lawyer” .This assignment may be temporary / Contractual / Permanent. Job description

Regular Correspondence, Legal Issues, Research of Law Points, Filling in MSME, Coordination with Lawyers, Preparation Cases Arbitration Contractual Correspondence

· Contractual Correspondence

· Regular Correspondence

· Legal issues research & opinion

· Preparation of cases for arbitration

· Research of law points

· Filing in MSME

· Coordination with Lawyers & Seniors

· Some Administrative issues

· Drafting

Qualifications & Skills Required

· Graduate in any discipline (B.A.LLB / LLB. / LLM etc.) Law students may also apply .

· Proficient in Drafting Letters.

· Good verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.

· Good legal research skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
