About the Company HICO MULTIFIN PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. is a leading steel trading and EPC company based in Kolkata, dealing in iron and steel materials. We are expanding our legal team to handle documentation, compliance, and case-based matters. Key Responsibilities : Draft and review legal documents, notices, contracts, and agreements. Conduct legal research, analyze judgments and laws (MSME Act, CPC, Tenancy Act, Contract Act, etc.). Work with advocates, law firms, and courts on active cases. Draft and file applications to MSME Council, Civil Courts, and Municipal Authorities. Use AI tools like ChatGPT and MS Word efficiently to enhance legal drafting and documentation. Requirements : Graduate in Law (LLB) – Freshers with strong drafting skills may apply. Strong English communication and legal writing skills. Familiarity with basic legal tech tools, Google Docs, ChatGPT, etc. Ability to work independently and assist company management on legal matters. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
