Job Title: Real Estate Corporate Advocate   Experience: 1–5 Years   Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore    About the Role  We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Real Estate Corporate Advocate with 1–5 years of experience in corporate real estate law. The role involves handling property transactions, title verification, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen and familiarity with Karnataka land and real estate laws.  Key Responsibilities  Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, lease deeds, joint venture, and title transfer agreements.  Conduct title verification, property due diligence, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.  Advise on land laws, RERA, zoning, and environmental regulations.  Support transaction structuring for real estate acquisitions, mergers, and related corporate activities.  Liaise with government bodies such as BBMP, BDA, KIADB, and KSPCB for approvals, clearances, and documentation.  Coordinate legal processes for building plan sanctions, occupancy certificates, and land use change approvals.  Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in real estate transactions.        Qualifications & Skills  Education: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.  Experience: 1–5 years in corporate real estate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate setup.  Knowledge:  Karnataka Land Revenue Act, Land Reforms Act, BDA/BMRDA regulations, and RERA–Karnataka.  Urban planning laws, land zoning, and acquisition procedures.  Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.  Languages: Proficiency in English; Kannada preferred.    Preferred Experience  Hands-on experience in real estate and commercial property transactions.  Exposure to land acquisition and regulatory approval processes.  Experience dealing with government departments and compliance documentation.
