Skill Set Requirements

Effective Communication skills, document & Agreement drafting , reading and analytical skills , research skills, MS Office, professional skepticism.

Languages

English, hindi, local language

Responsibility with Corporate Objective

· Giving accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics

· Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance

· Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues

· Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights

· Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces

· Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization

· Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation

· Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures

· Collecting Legal Documents (Copyright and Trade Mark Certificates). Co ordinating with external agencies.

· Having past experience/ working knowledge in relation to due diligence, patents and infringement of patents related litigation, Merger & Acquisition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
