The Natural Wash is a fast-growing private limited company committed to quality, compliance, and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Legal & Documentation Associate to manage our legal affairs and ensure meticulous documentation across departments.

Responsibilities

Vetting and drafting of commercial agreements (vendor, partnership, etc.)

Proofreading and legal validation of product labels as per the Legal Metrology Act

Maintaining and organizing legal documentation, contracts, and compliance records

Handling day-to-day legal queries and issues across departments

Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, business regulations, and statutory requirements

Preparing legal notices, responses, and internal memos

Coordinating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies

Assisting in company secretarial work and ROC filings

Managing licenses, approvals, and audit documentation

Staying updated with changes in relevant laws and advising management accordingly

Ensuring timely renewals and filings under applicable laws

Required Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs and documentation

Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Business Law, and Legal Metrology Act

Excellent drafting, proofreading, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory filings
