The Natural Wash is a fast-growing private limited company committed to quality, compliance, and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Legal & Documentation Associate to manage our legal affairs and ensure meticulous documentation across departments.

Responsibilities

• Vetting and drafting of commercial agreements (vendor, partnership, etc.)
• Proofreading and legal validation of product labels as per the Legal Metrology Act
• Maintaining and organizing legal documentation, contracts, and compliance records
• Handling day-to-day legal queries and issues across departments
• Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, business regulations, and statutory requirements
• Preparing legal notices, responses, and internal memos
• Coordinating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
• Assisting in company secretarial work and ROC filings
• Managing licenses, approvals, and audit documentation
• Staying updated with changes in relevant laws and advising management accordingly
• Ensuring timely renewals and filings under applicable laws

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs and documentation
• Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Business Law, and Legal Metrology Act
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory filings
