Our client, a fast-scaling name in the transportation sector, is expanding its legal muscle—and we’re looking for a sharp legal professional to join the ride.
If you have 5–6 years of experience in the food delivery or delivery partner ecosystem and love the fine print as much as fast-paced innovation—this could be your next big move!
🔍 What You’ll Do
✅ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
✅ Ensure regulatory compliance and manage contractual risk
✅ Work closely with business teams and external partners
✅ Add value to legal processes through CLM tools and automation (if you’ve used them, that’s a big plus!)
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience in B2B or B2C delivery/transportation/food-tech setups
✔️ Strong grasp of contract law, compliance, and commercial negotiations
✔️ Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (bonus!)
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-growth, hybrid workplace (Bangalore-based)
