Job Description

You will be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of matters including retail, contracts, LLP issues, dispute resolution, compliance, intellectual property, and agreements with vendors. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as managing litigation with external counsels. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on retail, contracts, LLP matters, dispute resolution, compliance, IP, and agreements with vendors - Draft and review contracts - Manage litigation with external counsels Qualifications Required: - Master's degree preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi Please note that the work location for this full-time, permanent position is in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
