Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation. Identify potential issues or risks associated with contract terms and conditions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any identified issues or negotiate changes to contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations regarding contractual matters. Maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities. WFO(5 days)
