Roles and Responsibilities: Location : Hyderabad Department : Legal & Compliance Experience : 2 - 8 years Industry : Infrastructure / Real Estate / Construction We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal professional to manage and resolve land-related legal matters, including disputes, title issues, litigation, and compliance with land acquisition laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate and infrastructure law, government liaison experience, and a proven ability to handle complex legal issues related to land. Key Responsibilities Handle legal matters related to land acquisition, ownership, and possession . Conduct thorough title verification, due diligence , and analysis of land documents. Represent the company in litigations related to land disputes , including encroachment, boundary conflicts, and adverse possession claims. Liaise with revenue authorities, tehsildars, sub-registrars, and local bodies for mutation, registration, and compliance processes. Draft and review legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, Power of Attorneys , etc. Maintain and manage a repository of land records, approvals, and legal correspondences . Monitor and manage ongoing legal cases and coordinate with external legal counsels. Provide legal inputs during land negotiations and land aggregation activities. Key Requirements LLB or LLM from a recognized university. 2 - 8 years of relevant experience in land dispute resolution , preferably in infrastructure, real estate, or urban development sectors. In-depth knowledge of land acquisition laws, property laws, and real estate regulations . Ability to handle litigation, arbitration , and dispute settlement independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
