  • Proficiency in Underwriting practices and principles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in underwriting or insurance are a plus
