Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Study of Contract Agreement and Contractual communications and identify areas of disputes.
Experience in handling Contractual Matters, Claims and Disputes
Should have knowledge on FIDIC Conditions / Contractual provisions.
Preparation of Claims and process.
Attend Arbitration & Court Cases and legal proceedings.
Vetting of contractual communications/generating the same.
Follow-ups with Govt. Employers on various ongoing disputes/claims.
Should have technical knowledge pertaining to Infra projects.
Rate analysis for Items as per BOQ and Specifications
Analysis for EPC/Item-Rate contract
Excellent exposure in Contracts Management. Preparation of Contracts/ Tenders, Technical verification of Bills
Hands-on experience Contract Documentation, ERP Liasoning
