Legal Associate - Litigation & Arbitration

Role Overview: You will be joining IndiaLaw LLP as a litigation and arbitration associate for the Kolkata office. Your main responsibilities will include representing clients in various courts and forums, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining case records. The role requires you to have strong legal knowledge, confidence in the courtroom, and the ability to work both independently and within a team structure.
