Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitral Forums
• Draft and review pleadings, written statements, petitions, applications, and arbitration claims
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies in coordination with senior counsel
• Liaise with clients, experts, and external counsel to ensure timely and effective case management
• Assist in enforcement of arbitral awards and execution proceedings
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to internal knowledge systems
  

Qualifications And Skills

• LL.B. from a recognized university; enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal
• 2-4 years of experience in litigation and arbitration
• Strong understanding of CPC, Evidence Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and commercial laws
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research platforms
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
