Legal Associate - Corporate Law

You will be joining as a Legal Associate Corporate Law at Rx100 Ventures, a sector-focused deep tech Venture based in Bangalore, India. As part of the legal team, your role will involve drafting and reviewing various agreements, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior legal members to streamline legal processes and minimize risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, review, and vet internal and external agreements, including corporate, commercial, and investment-related contracts. - Prepare agreements specific to private equity and venture capital transactions. - Support negotiations by preparing draft proposals, revisions, and maintaining version control of agreements. - Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices. - Maintain well-structured documentation and organize all legal matters, agreements, and supporting records. - Liaise with external counsels and stakeholders for inputs, reviews, and approvals. - Identify legal risks in agreements and recommend commercially viable solutions. - Stay updated with changes in corporate and securities law that may impact agreements or negotiations. **Qualifications Required:** - Immediate joiner preferred. - Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; LLM preferred but not mandatory. - 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law. - Strong exposure to drafting and negotiating agreements, with focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. - Proven ability to conduct detailed legal research and apply findings effectively. - Excellent drafting, reviewing, and analytical skills. - Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and record management. - Ability to identify risks and provide practical legal solutions. - Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.,
