Legal Advisor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Legal Advisor – Immigration to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in immigration law and procedures, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills. You will provide legal guidance, prepare and review applications, and support clients throughout their immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, and work permits.
• Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and develop customized immigration strategies.
• Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation.
• Manage client files and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, explain procedures, and ensure they understand their options and next steps.
• Liaise with government agencies and relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
• Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring high standards of confidentiality and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (LLB, JD, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in immigration law or legal advisory (minimum [X] years preferred).
• Strong understanding of visa categories, immigration procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and client service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
