We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Legal Advisor – Immigration to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in immigration law and procedures, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills. You will provide legal guidance, prepare and review applications, and support clients throughout their immigration journey. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, and work permits. Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and develop customized immigration strategies. Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation. Manage client files and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, explain procedures, and ensure they understand their options and next steps. Liaise with government agencies and relevant authorities on behalf of clients. Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring high standards of confidentiality and service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (LLB, JD, or equivalent). Proven experience in immigration law or legal advisory (minimum [X] years preferred). Strong understanding of visa categories, immigration procedures, and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, empathy, and client service orientation. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
