Legal Advisor

As a Legal Advisor specializing in IT & HR Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance within our growing IT organization. Your expertise in Labor Laws, Corporate Legal Affairs, and HR Policy Drafting will be essential in drafting legal agreements, managing code of conduct issues, and advising on various legal matters. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft and review employee agreements, HR policies, bond/contract clauses, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). - Advise HR and management on Labor Laws, Shops & Establishments Act, EPF/ESIC, working hours, wages, grievance redressal, and termination procedures. - Prepare and issue legal notices, show-cause letters, and disciplinary warnings as per company policy. - Assist in developing and updating the Code of Conduct to align with company values and legal standards. - Ensure compliance with all IT industry legal norms, including data protection, employment norms, and regulatory filings. - Conduct internal legal awareness sessions for HR and leadership to mitigate risk exposure. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in an IT or corporate environment. - Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Employment Acts, and Corporate Governance. - Excellent legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle sensitive legal matters with confidentiality. - Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.,
