Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management

Support the legal team in handling civil, criminal, arbitration, and other litigation matters.
Coordinate with external counsel, share case updates, and maintain comprehensive case records.
Manage bail applications and oversee recovery cases across North and Central regions.

Legal Invoices

Coordinate with external counsel for timely invoice submissions.
Review, track, and process legal invoices and payments.

Provakil Tool Management

Manage and administer the Provakil platform for litigation and contracts.
Track cases, contracts, and workflows to ensure timely updates and compliance.

Legal Notices & Opinions

Draft and respond to legal notices received from clients and third parties.
Provide legal opinions and support the resolution of queries in consultation with senior team members.

Recoveries & Bail Applications

Drive recovery-related cases pertaining to criminal litigation in North and Central regions.
Monitor, track, and coordinate bail application processes.

Audit Support

Assist in addressing and responding to legal queries during internal and external audits.
