Job Title: Lecturer – Electrical Engineering

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (as per institute norms)

Department: Electrical Engineering

Minimum Qualification:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Freshers are allowed (Candidates with teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Academic Teaching
• Deliver classroom lectures and practical sessions for Electrical Engineering subjects as per the SBTE Board syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching notes, and study materials.
• Conduct internal assessments, class tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Curriculum Management
• Ensure proper implementation and completion of the SBTE-prescribed curriculum within the academic calendar.
• Update course files, lecture plans, and academic records as required.
• Assist in syllabus interpretation and academic planning.
• SBTE Board & Examination Work
• Handle SBTE-related academic work, including:
• Attendance maintenance
• Practical records
• Internal assessment marks submission
• Examination and evaluation duties as assigned
• Support SBTE inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
• Student Support & Mentoring
• Guide students academically and technically.
• Encourage discipline, regular attendance, and participation in academic activities.
• Assist students in practical understanding and basic project work.
• Administrative & Institutional Duties
• Maintain departmental records and documentation.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, training programs, and institutional activities.
• Follow institute rules, academic policies, and professional ethics.

Desired Skills:

• Sound knowledge of core Electrical Engineering subjects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, academic software)
• Ability to work as part of a team

Experience:

• Fresher / Entry-Level candidates are welcome
• Teaching experience (if any) will be an added advantage
